Alabama ASCD's Jane Cobia earns appointment and award!

Dr. @Jane Cobia, executive director of Alabama ASCD, is appointed as the director of Transformation Leadership Academy (TLA) at Samford University where she leads and facilitates trainings for 20 plus superintendents in innovation and effective leadership strategies in conjunction with the Schlechty Center.
TLA is an invitational initiative to transform education in Alabama with the purpose to provide professional development, support and networking opportunities for like-minded superintendents. These TLA superintendents are critical and play a pivotal role in influencing positive changes for Alabama.
Dr. Cobia also received Paul Harris Fellow recognition. She has served since 2015 as the Sylacauga Rotary Club treasurer. Learn more here:
