Brenda Mendoza, Class of 2015 #ASCDEmergingLeaders and Illinois ASCD’s Whole Child Chair, is publishing a Latinx series for children, which will be available everywhere in the fall of 2023. This series explores the goals and history of Latinx people, explaining them to Latinx youth in an engaging, honest, supportive, and age-appropriate way.
