Olympia Della Flora, ASCD Emerging Leaders Class of 2014, is the new Superintendent of the Marion, Ohio City Schools. She is the first woman and first person of color to be named superintendent of the district. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Olympia came to Marion last June.
