@Casey Roberts, ASCD Emerging Leaders Class of 2019, is selected to receive the 2023 Virginia Tech Influential Black Alumni Award - Educator of the Year. The biennial awards highlight the achievements of outstanding Black or African-American alumni and community members, and the Educator of the year specifically highlights an alumnus who has contributed significantly to the field of education.
