Dr Keitha Osborne, recruitment officer for Jamaica ASCD, continues to give service to the Council for Exceptional Children and has been asked to offer her expertise in being an executive member for its Division of International Special Education and Services (DISES) awards committee and other short-term volunteer positions.
Dr. Osbourne is a senior lecturer in the department of Special Education at the Mico University College in Jamaica.
