Dr, Neil Gupta, former member of the ASCD Board of directors, has been named superintendent of the Oakwood, Ohio School District. Most recently, Dr. Gupta served as the Director of Secondary Education for the Worthington, Ohio Public Schools. He will officially assume the duties of this new role on August 1, 2023.

    Dr. Gupta is a leader I met by attending ASCD Conferences. He is a great leader and advocate for the whole child. He will make an outstanding Superintendent! I have benefited from his leadership and from connecting with him at ASCD Conferences!
