Shellon Samuels-White, ASCD Emerging Leaders Class of 2022 and Executive Director of Jamaica ASCD, published an article in the Jamaica Observer on January 26, 2023 entitled, “Does higher education teach students to think critically?”
Developing critical thinking skills through faculty assessment practices amongst trainee-teachers is a goal Shellon has been pursuing for the past 2 years as faculty examiner for the faculty of education at The Mico University College.
