2022 ASCD Emerging Leaders Rama Ndiaye and Nayoung Weaver are pleased to announce the launch of their iDEIJ Continuum. Their team is running it with Dulwich College in Suzhou, China. In partnership with the Association of International Educators and Leaders of Color (AIELOC), the iDEIJ Continuum, created by Fandy Diney Rosero, is the first of its kind; a student-centered and holistic support program for whole-school development in Identity, Diversity, Equality, Inclusion & Belonging, and Justice.
