Jusmar Rodriguez Maness EL15 is named the first-ever Latina Chief Academic Officer for Guilford County, North Carolina Schools! This new appointment comes under superintendent Whitney Oakley. Jusmar has served as deputy chief of schools since August, 2021. Previously served as a principal supervisor for the district.
