Dwight Bonds is the recipient of this years California ASCD (CASCD) Outstanding Instructional Leader Award. Dwight is Executive Director of the California Association of African American Superintendents and Administrators (CAAASA). The award was presented by CASCD board members Katherine Castleberry and Michele Bowers on March 15, 2023 at CAAASA’s conference.
