Matthew Younghans EL17 was recognized for the hard work he does for his students as the 2023 New York State Elementary Principal of the Year by having the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels take him on a flight from Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, New York!

Matt is principal at Little Tor Elementary School in the Clarkstown, New York Central School District and a 2017 ASCD Emerging Leader.
