@Shellon Samuels-White , Jamaica ASCD executive director, along with Dr. Keitha Osbourne, recruitment officer and senior lecturer in Special Education at The Mico University college, served as panelists at the Early Childhood Commission Professional Development Institute on the theme Using STREAM to develop skills for Social and Emotional Learning in Early Childhood development.

Shellon is also a 2022 ASCD Emerging Leader.
